I don’t deliver inspiration that evaporates by Monday morning. I work at the intersection of behavioral science, neuroscience, and performance psychology — translating research on human potential into frameworks leaders can actually use, systems organizations can actually build, and habits that actually stick. After 15 years living and working across four continents, coaching founders, executives, and high-performers through the full spectrum of growth — from scaling companies to reinventing themselves — I’ve developed a precise understanding of where potential gets stuck and what it takes to unlock it. Every talk I give is designed to close the gap between knowing and doing: the gap where most change initiatives die, and where the biggest performance gains are hiding.
