Who We Are

Your Best Coaching is a Cape Town-based health, & executive coaching, wellbeing and performance consulting company founded by Angela Shurina — a master, certified coach with 18 years of experience, across 15 countries, 50+ organizations, and 10,000+ people impacted – from founders and business owners to C-suite leaders, from startups teams to large organizations including PwC, Old Mutual, and the Western Cape Government.

Our mission is to design systems where human potential grows and delivers strategic, positive impact.

Angela’s expertise spans health & executive, leadership coaching, resilience, productivity systems design, neuroscience-based coaching, high performance, and sleep, stress & weight management. With a background in fitness, nutrition, habit formation, and human motivation, she has worked with hundreds of professional athletes, CEOs, C-suite leaders, and business owners—helping them redefine their best, achieving breakthrough, measurable results in under a year, where people struggled for decades before!

Angela has spent 18+ years mastering the application of behavior change science, cutting-edge methodologies like motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral coaching, change psychology, applied behavioral science, and high-performance psychology.

Now, Angela is on the journey of scaling impact, bringing systematic approach to behavior change into teams and larger organizations, building sustainable workplace wellbeing, high performance and resilience, brain and cognitive capital.
